There are still bargain priced homes for sale in Lowell,

though fewer every month. There are only 5 homes priced

under $100K.  The Best Buy Homes are increasing in price

in Lowell and price/sqft has also risen substantially. The Lowell

housing inventory is turning.   If prices keep going in this

direction, the bottom of the real estate market could be behind us.
