Watermark inventory is moving, 10 sales since the

first of the year.  This is a definite improvement

over last year, there is even some new construction

homes being built.  Prices are on the rise, a

ten percent increase from early 2014 statistics.

Tamarron Estates Market Analysis:

With no homes on the market and five homes

sold in the last 5 months, inventory is moving

quickly.

 

Sold prices vary from $210,00 to $420,000,

so less expensive Tamarron homes, or homes

in aged condition are selling for less.

Average sold price went down $60,000

from mid 2014 prices.  So, yes, your

Tamarron Estates home will sell, but it

might not be what you thought

(hoped) you would get.

 

An updated home is always more desirable

in any real estate market.  Don’t make the mistake

of over-improving or under-improving your house.

Knowing  your home’s current value will let you

make wise decisions on upgrades and remodeling

Clements Mill homes continue to be a desirable place to live.

New listings are selling quickly, a rapid turn-over is almost guaranteed

in this Ada Township development.  Demand is greater than the supply,

at least for now.

 

But condition will still play a large part in pricing,

average sold price is down slightly from last year.
