October 1, 2016 to December 31, 2016

 

Current Active Listings = 22   

from $229,900 to $1,295,000

 

Caledonia Pending Home Sales = 19

 

Caledonia Sold Homes = 46  

 from $ 121,000 to $ 800,000

 

Average Sold Price = $ 266,000

 

 The Caledonia Real Estate Market activity 

has slowed down this Fall from Spring and Summer

high turnover.  The average sale price is on the

rise in Caledonia, so don’t wait for the Spring market,

prices could rise with a continued shortage of home

inventory.

 

The Winter market will keep moving if new

inventory keeps coming.  Right now, the demand
