today is $325,000, which is based on all home sales in
the last 90 days. Based on the same criteria, lets track
the Forest Hills Waterfront home average sold price every
month since the first of the year:

- February 28, it was $400,000
- March 31, it was $450,000
- April 30, it was $364,750
- May 31, it was $342,000
- June 30, it was: $211,472
- July 31, it was: $498,300

What this looks like is the average sold price has declined 40% since
the beginning of the year. This may or may not be true for every home,
