The Absorption Rate for Centennial Park Condos is 19.5 months,

which means if no new listings come on the market, it will take

19.5 months for the existing condos to sell at the current rate

of sales. This is a high number for Grand Rapids, which reflects the

weak market for condos, over priced listings, or a combination

of both, which I believe is the case. [Note the disconnect between

the Expired price/SqFt and Sold price/SqFt].
