Quail Crest Condos are selling this Spring & Summer,
no new listings in this neighborhood as we go to press. With
2 Sold and 2 Pending sales, the market is brisk. If you are
looking for an existing or new condo in the Forest Hills area,
give Terry a call. There are a few new condos being built but the
inventory is not keeping up with demand.
Quail Crest is located at the corner of Burton St and Spaulding
Avenue, near Watermark Golf Course, close to 28th St shopping and the
new SE YMCA complex that just opened this Spring is a few blocks away.
Stand alone, 2 unit, and multiple unit condos are all part
of Quail Crest living. New construction appears to be built out
or in the building process.
