Sold Homes – 40 from $ 122,000 to $ 1,280,000
Average Sold Price – $ 364,196
Home prices are rising in East Grand Rapids, just as home inventory
is shrinking. Good news for home sellers, prices are finally rising. Interest rates are
still low, so buyers can still make a wise decision by choosing to buy a home.
