Caledonia Pending Home Sales = 33

 

Caledonia Sold Homes = 63  

 from $ 128,000 to $ 800,000

 

Average Sold Price = $ 305, 025

 

 The Caledonia Real Estate Market is climbing

in value.  The average sold home has risen 20% in

price from one year ago statistics.  Caledonia is a

popular destination for home buyers in the

It has really grown in the last 20 years, in many ways. Lowell has a great

school system, a  thriving business community, a lively arts society, and

is one of the growing Grand Rapids suburban communities in Kent County.

Active Listings: 115      From $ 41,900 to $ 1,595,000

PENDING Sales: 29

SOLD Homes: 69

Average Sold Price: $183,674   From $ 41,000 to $ 780,000

 

Lowell home prices are rising, the average sold price is up by almost 11 %

since the end of 2012.  Home inventory is getting shorter with only 3 1/2 months

supply.  This is a big change from only a few short months ago.  If you are looking

Rapids, population under 50,000. It has manufacturing, shopping centers,

and lots and lots of residential housing. Kentwood Public Schools are

one of the largest school systems in the area with over 9000 students

and 16 buildings within a 24.25 square mile area.

2012 2nd & 3rd Quarter Real Estate Market Activity

Kentwood Current Listings = 211

Average List price – $127,946

Average Time on Market = 84 days

Average Sold Price = $ 124,553

Absorption Rate = 3.11 months

The average home in Kentwood is selling for about 23% more

than first quarter of 2012.   The time on the market and the Absorption

rate are both close to 3 months and no change from earlier stats. Real

estate prices are on the upswing in Kentwood.
