Home inventory is zero in this busy Spring market,

as is the story elsewhere in the Greater Grand Rapids area.

Low home inventory is a real problem for homeowners

considering selling their current home.  Will they be able

to find another home to buy and move into when their home

sells.  Can possession be delayed?  Can we move in with

friends or relatives until we find our new home?  It does

complicate the whole selling and moving transition.


Bridgehampton is a 80+/- neighborhood of newer homes

just north of Fulton Street and backing up to the I-96 Expressway.

Most are two story homes with 3+ bedrooms, 3 garages, and

back up to wooded areas.
