mid $100,000’s to over $1,000,000 with the majority of homes
selling from $200K to $400K.
East Grand Rapids is a very popular place to live in our area,
its walkability, close to downtown GR businesses, and shops, restaurants
in Gaslight Village are the main reasons.

Active Listings – 41 from $144,900 to $ 1,599,000
Pending Sales – 58
Sold Homes – 116 from $ 126,000 to $ 1,312,500
Average List Price – $ 416,871
Average Sold Price – $ 362,493
Sold home prices have risen about 10% in East Grand Rapids
in the last six months. Home inventory numbers are down, so this is
good news for home sellers, especially those waiting for an improving
market. Interest rates are still low, so buyers can still make a wise decision by
choosing to own their own home.
